Project Summary

This project included the construction of an approximately 446,000 square foot facility off Seward road in Fairfield Township, Ohio. The project was built by Merus, formerly Al. Neyer, and this was the their third project in the 146 acre Fairfield Township Industrial Park.  Schneider Electric, a Fortune Global 500 company focused on energy management and automation company, was the end-user for this facility.

Impact

The total investment for the project was exceeded $31 million, with 150 new jobs created and 238 jobs retained; This amounted to $13 million in payroll retained and created an additional $9 million in new payroll.
