Investment Policy

The Butler County Finance Authority established an Investment and Banking Practices Policy (hereinafter “Policy”) to guide the management of its investment and banking activities. The Policy is designed to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, particularly Chapter 135 of the Ohio Revised Code. This Policy ensures that the Finance Authority's investment and banking activities are conducted prudently, transparently, and in compliance with legal requirements.
