This project included the construction of an approximately 104,000 square foot facility on a 15 acre parcel of land off Symmes road in Hamilton, Ohio. Coolants Plus, a lubricants, antifreeze, and chemicals wholesale company, was the end-user for this facility.

Impact

The total investment for the project was nearly $10 million, with 6 new jobs created and 39 jobs retained; This amounted to $3.8 million in payroll retained and created an additional $315, 000 in new payroll.
