Project Summary
Village North Phase I is a retail development located on the northwest corner of Butler-Warren Road and Liberty Way. The development sits on 13.6 acres in West Chester township and the first phase includes 5 retail buildings. Clous Road Partners is Village North's master developer and has partnered with Sansone Group for the first phase of this development.
Completion of this project is projected to be in the third or fourth quarter of 2026. Recent activity has included executed lease agreements with the restaurants Cafe Patachou, Brassica, Teriyaki Madness and El Rancho Grande. Additional signed leases include Whit’s Frozen Custard, Wellness City, Tox, and VEG ER for Pets.

Impact
