Prologis revealed site plans and a construction timeline and has begun work at the site of its large data center project in Butler County.
The San Francisco-based real estate development firm – the world’s largest – is planning the data center compound, called “Project Mila,” on 141 acres in the city of Trenton’s industrial park. It will be the Cincinnati region’s first data center of comparable size, server density and power consumption to those springing up in Central Ohio and throughout the country, in part to power generative artificial intelligence applications.
