Prologis buys 141 acres for Greater Cincinnati data center

One of the largest industrial real estate developers in the world has acquired 141 acres in Butler County where it supposedly plans to construct a data center compound, according to public documents.
The site, comprising four land parcels previously owned by the city of Trenton, lies in the Trenton Industrial Park off Woodsdale Road, just east of Molson Coors’ Trenton Brewery and about a mile south of downtown Trenton.

Around 150 jobs are expected to be created, according to the bond statement, which further described the Prologis deal as “the largest single land purchase known in the area.”
