Butler Tech's $15M aviation hangar hits key construction milestone

Butler Tech and its construction and design partners have made significant progress on a new $15 million facility in the region.
Construction and development firm Skanska has placed the last beam atop the future Butler Tech Aviation Hangar, located at the Middletown Regional Airport, completing the structural framework for the 28,000-square-foot facility.
The new space is expected to increase the school’s aviation program capacity from 50 students to about 200 when it opens next year.
