i3 Investors, headquartered in Indianapolis, has made its 12th acquisition in Greater Cincinnati with a $7.5 million purchase.
A growth focused real estate firm has acquired an industrial property in Cincinnati's northern suburbs. On March 18, Indianapolis-based i3 Investors acquired Union Circle Commerce Center at 5 Circle Freeway Drive, in West Chester Township from Mariemont-based Matrix Holdings. The two-building property totaled 142,000 square feet of industrial space.
