United Performance Metals acquired Fabrisonic LLC on March 14. The acquisition aims to enhance United's advanced manufacturing capabilities.
A Hamilton-based company has acquired a Columbus startup United Performance Metals headquartered at 3475 Symmes Road acquired Fabrisonic LLC, a small tech company. Terms of the deal March 14 were not disclosed.
United is a global specialty metals manufacturer that offers high-performance metals and alloys, quality approvals and custom supply chain solutions.
