Commercial development moratorium placed on land near future I-75 interchange

A temporary moratorium has been placed on commercial development along the future Millikin Road interchange with Interstate 75 in Liberty Twp.
The move, trustees say, is to give township officials time to review and update zoning on the hundreds of acres in the affected area.
