Abby Haverkos

Abby Haverkos is a recent graduate from Miami University with degrees in Geography & Sustainable Development, Sustainability, and Environmental Studies with a certificate in GIS. Abby's expertise includes utilizing GIS technology to address real-world challenges in sustainability and community engagement. She has experience in settings such as the City of Cincinnati’s Community and Economic Development Department, Milford Township, and the City of Oxford where she has contributed to projects ranging from cemetery mapping to FEMA floodplain property research.

At BCFA Abby will focus on research projects, coordinating marketing efforts, and assisting on a variety of day-to-day activities. She is eager to apply her skills and knowledge to contribute to a more sustainable future through pursuing opportunities that combine her passion for GIS, sustainability, and community development.
