Dona Canaan is a longtime resident of Fairfield; she has spent the last 25 years in the Human Capital Management marketplace and is currently a Principal Pre-Sales Solution Engineer for Ceridian – a Global Human Capital Management company based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Dona is a Subject Matter Expert working on complex integrations and calculations for all types of enterprise clients in all market segments including public sector, private sector with an additional focus in unions, prevailing wage, certified payroll and more. Prior to Ceridian, Dona spent many years as a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer for Paycor, Inc. based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Dona is a former Big Brothers Big Sisters Board of Directors member and a current Big Sister. She is also a Fairfield Charter Review Committee Member, Ronald McDonald House volunteer, and has completed 30+ half Marathons and counting.
