Schneider Electric, a multinational corporation with $38 billion in 2024 revenue, is undergoing a significant expansion in the region, tripling its occupied square footage and adding 250 new jobs.
Part of that expansion effort involved quickly finding space near its existing presence in the city of Fairfield for a new 446,000-square-foot facility, where the company expects to relocate employees serving other areas of the Midwest.
