Cincinnati developer breaks ground on massive apartment project at Costco site

One of Greater Cincinnati's most prolific apartment developers has started construction on its largest-ever project in the region.
Blue Ash-based Hills Properties in January broke ground on Relay 129, a 402-unit community that forms one of two bookend anchors at Freedom Pointe. The other, a Costco store, opened at the end of 2022.
The 23-acre residential site sits on the west side of Cox Road, directly across from the entrance to the Christ Hospital’s Liberty Township campus.
