The Cincinnati firm behind the $29 million redevelopment of the Shuler & Benninghofen Woolen Mill in Hamilton expects to start work this year after receiving state tax credits.
East Walnut Hills-based Bloomfield/Schon is planning the redevelopment and transformation of the former mill at Pleasant and Williams avenues in Hamilton.
