New 140-unit townhouse development in the works for Middletown

A new 140-unit townhouse development is being proposed to be built off of Towne Boulevard in Middletown.
A zoning change from business to a planned unit development was approved by Middletown City Council following a public hearing Tuesday night for the development slated for 16.3 acres on the east side of Towne Boulevard.
